Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, the following steps must be taken to process your refund:
Report the Damage to the Delivery Company in Your Country:
The buyer must report any damage directly to the company that delivered the parcel in their country.

Shipping Company Claim Confirmation:
Once the Swedish shipping company (PostNord or other) contacts the delivery company in your country and confirms that a claim has been made, AllThingsRetroStore will issue your refund.

Refunds for damaged items cannot be processed without confirmation from the delivery company.
Claims must be initiated promptly after receiving the damaged item to ensure timely resolution.
